By accessing or using Lone Pine Cabin services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cabin in good condition. Any damage beyond normal wear will be charged to the guest.

4. Privacy and Data

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lone Pine Cabin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or stay at our properties.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
